Aquarius - Monday, Dec 2, 2024 (Jan 20 - Feb 18) Daily horoscope You may find yourself thinking about things in ways that are usually outside of your comfort zone. But instead of putting your emotions in a box and closing the door to your heart, establish healthy priorities that honor both your personal and professional goals. Ironically, it may be wise to let them remain out of sight for a while longer, so you don't have to waste your time defending thoughts and emotions that are still in flux.

Philippine–American War Philippine–American War: A 60-man Filipino rearguard was defeated at the Battle of Tirad Pass, but delayed the American advance long enough to ensure President Emilio Aguinaldo's escape. The Philippine–American War, known alternatively as the Philippine Insurrection, Filipino–American War, or Tagalog Insurgency, emerged following the conclusion of the Spanish–American War in December 1898 when the United States annexed the Philippine Islands under the Treaty of Paris. Philippine nationalists constituted the First Philippine Republic in January 1899, seven months after signing the Philippine Declaration of Independence.
